 Heirloom Craftsmanship Features precise mitered corners reinforced with contrasting walnut splines—adding both striking visual character and superior joint strength.

 Solid Wood Construction Unlike mass-produced trays with plywood bottoms, our trays feature a 100% solid wood bottom.

 Engineered for Nature Wood behaves like a living material. We build our trays using traditional joinery, featuring a "floating" bottom panel nested in precise grooves. This allows the wood to naturally expand and contract with seasonal humidity changes, preventing warping or cracking over time. We use micro dowels to anchor the bottom panel at each end and keep it centered as it expands and contracts sideways. 

 Premium Finish Sealed with a food safe durable hardwax oil that resists water, dirt, and daily spills, while preserving the natural character of the wood. 

 Accent Splines Our standard trays feature dark walnut splines. If you choose a Walnut tray and prefer lighter contrasting splines (like Cherry or Maple), simply drop us a note with your order and we will happily customize it for you.
